In order to ensure the complete security of transactions, all payments are processed by an outside party, PayPal, who are recognised as a leader in online payment processing. All details are dealt with on their secure server.

Once payment is received we aim to ship goods to you as soon as possible. Average delivery times are 72 hours (UK and Europe) and 7 days (to USA). All other destinations are also catered for. Confirmation that your order has been shipped will be sent to you by email.

Orders are dispatched by first class mail within the UK and by Airmail for international orders. Both delivery and the cost of insurance are complimentary to anywhere worldwide and unlike other sites no extra charge is made. The only item that is not included is any customs charges on import to your country. There is however often no charge for small shipments such as these - check with the postal or customs service in your country if unsure.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your items. However, should you wish to return them then we will accept them in the condition that they were sent in, subject to a 10% restocking charge and to the customer paying return mail charges.
